 Effect:
Once per turn, if your opponent adds a card(s) to their hand, except by adding it during their Draw Phase: You can draw 2 cards, then shuffle 2 cards from your hand into the Deck. If you have a "NGNL" card in each of your Pendulum Zones, you can shuffle 1 card instead.
